Individuals can apply directly to AccessNI for basic disclosure
Applicants should complete Parts A, B and C of the Application Form and have Part D validated for identification purposes by a PSNI officer and submitted to AccessNI along with the appropriate fee.
The Disclosure Certificate will be sent to you unless you have stipulated otherwise.
