Complaints

If you have a complaint about any part of our service, you should call the AccessNI helpline 02890 259100.

You may be asked a series of security questions to verify your identity.

If the complaint is about information which appears on your Disclosure Certificate, the  section on Disputes may be more relevant.

When making a complaint please have your Disclosure Certificate to hand.

Alternatively, you can make a complaint in writing, by fax or by email.
