Re-Print Policy
AccessNI Re-Print Policy
Following a period of consultation during which approved Lead Signatories and Counter Signatories were invited to submit their views on proposals for a Disclosure Certificate Re-Print Policy, AccessNI has concluded that the following policy will come into effect from 12 October 2009.
Disclosure Certificates will not be re-printed if, at the time the re-print is requested, more than 90 days have elapsed since the date of the original certificate.
AccessNI is satisfied that the introduction of this policy will :-
· Improve key aspects of our service.
· Ensure Safeguarding standards in Northern Ireland.
· Reinforce the policy that a Disclosure is only valid on the day that it is issued.
· Help protect Personal Information.
AscessNI will monitor the implementation of the policy and we reserve the right to re-visit, and amend this policy, if we feel that changes can bring about further improvements in our service.
